I’m a certified life coach and currently training as an energetic practitioner. This practice is born from my own life, health and spiritual journey - including a cross-cultural upbringing, international moves, career changes, a big accident, chronic health struggles, family and interpersonal relationship navigating, many deeply fulfilling adventures, and most importantly, an ongoing pursuit of knowing myself more deeply.

It has been in my moments of greatest unknown or incredible challenge that I have discovered the ability to meet myself.

Some days that ability comes in the “muchness” of choosing to rise, leverage, shift, get uncomfortable and try a new way of being. Some days it looks more like sitting in stillness and offering myself compassion. I’ve realized there isn’t a right way of being, but an ongoing exploration of, “How can I be in alignment with my true self today?”

I have ventured through many years of deep inner work for myself and bring both the solidarity of compassion and the challenge to question our status quo.

My coaching draws from the coursework of Klemmer Leadership and Character Development, which I went through as a student and then went on to complete certification through their Coaching Academy. Their principles of possibility thinking vastly expanded my own mental framework. I’m also a Primal Trust Graduate, where I learned how to express kindness and develop a relationship with my body, through vagal toning, somatics, neural retraining and parts work. I’m now training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with Body Intelligence, deepening my understanding of the language of the body.

Another one of my teachers has been the ocean. With many years as a PADI scuba instructor and maritime captain, the water has come to symbolize a space of connection, healing and infinite possibility for me.
